American Colleges of Karate

Our school promotes a family like atmosphere. We limit membership to people that have completed FREE intro classes and who wish to learn good street smart self defense and not have to compete with other students. We offer beginer courses and advansed training.

Free sparing with contact is for the more advanced students.  Weapons training is something earned by the advanced student. We train all weapons.    

We are located off Pepper Drive in El Cajon. You MUST call for appointment and class time. NO WALK INS.
