Fitness Program For All Ages

Physical fitness is a vital component of any martial arts program. Our classes are designed to increase cardiovascular capacity, strength, flexibility, speed, and endurance. We begin every class with a 15 min. warm up period which consists of a series of exercises that help to stretch muscles and mentally prepare for the rest of the class.

Children obtain many physical and mental benefits such as: increased focus, longer attention span, discipline, self confidence, self esteem, conflict resolution skills, increased strength, balance and flexibility.
